Chris attended Trevecca Nazarene University where he not only graduated with a BA in business, but more importantly, met his amazing wife KR. Chris has resided in White County since 2001 when he decided that Sparta was where he wanted to raise his family. Chris and KR have two amazing sons, Owen and Griffin who both take after their parents with their athletic ability. After spending 13 years as a Tennessee state trooper, Chris decided to devote his attention to helping people reach their fitness goals and helped to open Elevate fitness where he is owner, operator and a level 1 crossfit coach. Chris also spends his days at White County Middle School helping to keep kids on the right track with their educational goals. When not working, you will find Chris at the gym, or out exploring all White County has to offer! Chris thrives on professionalism, integrity, pride and attention to detail.
