A little about Debbie. Debbie was born in Sparta and has lived here her entire adult life. She attended Tennessee Tech University, where she studied education with a degree in physical education and biology. She began her career at WCHS where she taught for 30 years. Se met her husband, Ronnie Foster, at Tennessee Tech University. They have three daughters, three sons-in-law and 11 grandchildren. Debbie became an affiliate broker in real estate 17 years ago and fell in love with her new career. With her extensive knowledge of the Upper Cumberland market and surrounding counties, her passion is connecting with people to find their perfect home whether it be their first purchase or their retirement home.
