I am Jerica Halliburton
Just a small town girl born and raised in Roanoke, a rural town in Northern Indiana. My childhood was filled with horses
I was a diehard horse girl from the time I could lead my pony and sit on a horse. I graduated high school and headed to the University of Kentucky with the intended major of Pre-Veterinarian Medicine. I mostly blame organic chemistry for killing my love for being a vet, but found my love for numbers and management was stronger. I graduated from Indiana University with a Business degree majoring in Finance. (GO Hoosiers)
Fast forward to present day – I still haven’t outgrown the horse phase. My husband and I have 4 horses and 2 miniature dachshunds (Dally & Hank). If I could go back and pick a different college major, I think I would have chosen to be an architect.
I take pride in being raised a respectful person with cores values of integrity, loyalty, and honesty. Past professional experience in the banking industry and working as a commercial construction project manager prepared me for my place in Real Estate – just like growing up on the farm taught me the fundamentals of a strong work ethic, determination, and grit. I take pride in using all of these principles to walk my clients through every step of the selling/buying process with care, detail, and expertise
