Kate attended Tennessee Tech University for her MBA and has her Ph.D. in Marketing and Sales from Kennesaw State University. She has called the Upper Cumberland her home for the majority of her adult life and has put down roots in Sparta through her marriage to local businessman, Kyle Scott. The two share a passion for the business of real estate and farm management, which has allowed Kate to become proficient in identifying properties that can serve buyers with various needs and desires.
